Candidates should possess a degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Business or a related discipline together with at least five years' B2B marketing experience within clinical research, CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology or healthcare services environments. Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, digital marketing, CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce is essential.

Finance Solutions GPO E-commerce, needed to support the administration and optimisation of a global eCommerce payments platform.

This role will work closely with international finance teams, legal stakeholders, E-commerce platform specialists, and payment suppliers to ensure the smooth operation, compliance, and continuous improvement of E-commerce payment services across multiple regions.

The ideal candidate will be tech-focused with proven experience in E-commerce and finance platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle EBS, Magento, Stripe, Vertex, or similar, alongside strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing E-commerce payment platform administration and account configuration

You'll embed performance engineering practice across product teams, defining observability standards, load and stress testing strategies (Gatling, k6, JMeter), and capacity forecasting. You'll instrument distributed systems using OpenTelemetry and integrate performance checks into CI/CD pipelines, enabling teams to validate releases and troubleshoot independently.

Experience with cloud capacity planning on AWS and an understanding of ECS, EKS, and autoscaling is essential. Familiarity with MCP-based agentic AI for automated telemetry analysis and anomaly detection is a strong advantage.

You'll coach engineers, lead cross-team performance reviews, and own the Performance Engineering roadmap. PostgreSQL and DynamoDB experience is beneficial.
